    AMENITIES & SERVICES
What to expect: The sprawling, multi-level lodge attracts upscale leisure travelers—from young singles to seniors—who want to stay in Vail Village for easy access to dining, shopping, nightlife, and seasonal outdoor activities. Dark wood and a red-carpeted, grand staircase dominate the lobby, which features a Bavarian-style floral mural over the front desk and plenty of places to meet or lounge.

Amenity highlights: Guests appreciate the lodge’s individually decorated rooms, as well as amenities like on-mountain ski storage; in-room massages; an outdoor heated pool; spas; and fine dining at Wildflower and Cucina Rustica, plus drinks and live entertainment at the piano bar, Mickey’s.

Insider tip: Vail and nearby Beaver Creek rely heavily on roundabouts to direct the flow of traffic. When approaching a roundabout, drivers should slow and look left, and always yield to pedestrians, bicycles, or other vehicles. If there is traffic, drivers should wait for an opening to enter the roundabout, and once in, keep right, continue carefully to the exit.

The hotel offers 24-hour room service, a concierge, two restaurants, a piano bar, an outdoor heated pool, four hot tubs, a sauna, workout room, on-mountain ski storage facilities, in-room massage services, boutique shopping, and transportation via the village’s ski shuttle.
